AI video analysis for control centers and mobile security teams
Understanding complex situations. Make decisions in real time.
What can AI video analytics do for control rooms and mobile security teams?
Control centers face a structural problem: more and more cameras generate more and more data, while time and personnel remain limited. The AI video analysis for control centers and mobile security teams with Vaidio consolidates this data, analyzes it in real time and automatically prioritizes security relevant events. Instead of manually analyzing video images, Vaidio detects relevant situations, assesses their context and presents them in a structured way for quick decision-making.
- Relevant events are automatically detected and prioritized
- False alarms are drastically reduced
- Dispatch centers are operationally relieved
- Mobile emergency personnel receive information in real time
How does AI video analysis support control centers in operational deployment?
The AI processes video streams in real time and converts them into structured events. It recognizes objects, analyzes behavior and evaluates situations in context. Detected events are automatically classified, prioritized and can be further processed directly as an alarm, information or analysis.
Event detection in real time
The platform detects security-relevant situations precisely at the moment they arise.
Forensic search and analysis
In addition to real-time detection, the platform enables targeted, fast search and analysis of video data.
Central administration and operational control
All detected events converge in a central interface and are presented there in a structured way.
Data driven analysis and optimization
Control centers can detect incident patterns, identify hotspots, analyze trends and optimize deployment strategies and resources in a targeted way.
Better overview, faster response and actionable information in real time
Reduce false alarms and relieve staff
One of the biggest efficiency gains for urban control centers is the reduction of unnecessary alarms. The system filters out irrelevant messages and prioritizes only what is really important for operational use. As a result, operators no longer work against the mass of notifications, but focus on relevant situations. That saves time, reduces the strain on the control center and improves responsiveness at the decisive moment.
Quick search instead of spending hours going through archive material
For control centers, not only is real-time detection important, but also the rapid traceability of incidents. Vaidio enables a significantly more efficient video search through metadata and natural search queries. Instead of spending hours manually going through material, you can specifically find relevant scenes. In this way users can for example search for people, vehicles, colors, objects or behavioral patterns. Even more complex queries can be answered significantly faster. This accelerates clarification, supports the follow-up of operations, and improves the quality of decision-making.
Cross-camera tracking for seamless tracking
In cities people and vehicles rarely move in only a single camera area. For that very reason, cross-camera tracking is so valuable for urban control centers. Vaidio can recognize objects or people across multiple cameras and make their movements traceable. This creates a coherent view of the course of an event from isolated individual images. For control centers, this means greater overview, faster situation assessment and more targeted coordination of mobile units.
Central management of all relevant notifications
When notifications from many cameras, locations and types of analysis converge, there needs to be an interface that does not create additional complexity. Vaidio consolidates incoming alarms and events into a central alarm management. Control centers can see at a glance what is happening, where it is happening and what priority an incident has. This centralized view reduces friction, speeds up the assessment of situations, and lays the foundation for scalable security management in urban environments.
Dashboards turn video into actionable operational information
video data alone are still not a basis for decision-making. Only when events are captured in a structured way, organized and made analyzable does real operational added value arise. Vaidio converts alarms into usable data, for example by time, location, event type, frequency or involved objects. This creates dashboards and situational overviews for urban control centers that support operational decisions while also enabling better long-term planning. Security managers recognize patterns, hotspots and recurring problem areas significantly faster.
How does AI video analysis support mobile security teams in the field?
Not only the control center itself must be efficient. Mobile security and response personnel in the field also need immediately available information in order to act quickly and appropriately. Right here Vaidio extends the classic control room logic with mobile operational capability.
Vaidio mobile app for mobile emergency personnel
The mobile app brings video surveillance directly to teams on site. Security personnel can access cameras live, receive alarms, review relevant scenes and search specifically for objects or people. Instead of having to rely on telephone handovers or fragmented information, mobile teams work from the same situational picture as the control center.
Access to cameras and video sources in real time
Real-time notifications for security-related events
AI-powered object and person search
Access to stored or uploaded video recordings
mobile inspection of incidents directly on site
Vaidio Cam app as an additional mobile camera
With the Vaidio Cam App, smartphones or tablets can themselves become ready to use, AI capable cameras. This is particularly interesting for mobile deployment vehicles, temporary checkpoints, events, outdoor operations or areas without fixed camera infrastructure.
Live video can be analyzed immediately
recognized people, vehicles or objects automatically trigger an alarm
Alarm notifications contain time, location and direct camera reference
mobile cameras can be seamlessly integrated into the central platform
Can Vaidio be integrated into existing infrastructures?
Vaidio is not operated as a separate system alongside existing security technology, but is specifically integrated into existing structures. Existing components are retained and will be expanded with AI-based analysis and automatic evaluation. This does not create any additional effort through a system change, but rather extends the existing infrastructure with intelligent functions.
Existing cameras
Vaidio uses existing IP cameras and processes their video streams in real time. Existing camera installations will be retained and specifically enhanced with AI-based analysis.
Video management systems (VMS)
The integration into existing VMS enables detected events to be displayed directly in the familiar system. Operation and existing processes remain unchanged while the analysis is being expanded in the background.
Security services and control centers
Detected events can be automatically forwarded to existing security services or control centers. Alarms integrate into existing processes and are handled there as usual.
Third party software and systems
Vaidio can be connected to other systems, for example access control systems, alarm management platforms as well as HR-, ERP- or industry-specific software solutions. Integration is carried out via standardized interfaces such as REST APIs. Detected events can thus be passed directly to existing systems and further processed there. This is how information from video analysis becomes part of existing processes without additional manual steps.
Building technology and automation
Vaidio can be integrated into existing building technology and automation systems. Detected events can be used to trigger automated processes, for example in access control, lighting, or other technical systems.
