Custom applications
Your processes.
Your own application.
Individual Visual-AI solutions combine multiple analyses with your processes, data, and responsibilities. This results in a custom application with an appropriate interface and clear actions. Six examples show what this can look like for your company.

Detect suspicious activity before a possible vehicle break-in.
Someone approaches a vehicle after business hours, handles a lamp for a long time, and moves to the door. We develop an application that links such visible events over time and passes the suspected case with a sequence of images to your inspection and alarm process.
Evaluate the sequence instead of a single image
Approach, lingering, and repeated handling of lights, doors, or other vehicle areas acquire a shared meaning. We connect visible actions with their sequence, duration, and location. Which patterns indicate a possible break-in is defined by us together with you and verified on real recordings.
Include business hours and exceptions
The application takes into account opening hours, permitted activities and your safety zones. Suitable exceptions can be provided for work by employees, cleaning or workshop. Camera position and image quality determine which actions can be distinguished.
Review the sequence of events and forward the alert
Your dashboard shows the associated events with timestamps, camera, and image sequence. A suspected case can be forwarded with this context to the security service or control centre. Verification, feedback, and escalation follow the procedure developed for your car dealership.

Check PPE and hygiene across three zones.
Check the complete protective equipment at the entrance, wash hands in the next zone, and continue wearing the equipment in the work area: Your application links these steps with your production rules.
At the entrance: Is the equipment complete?
Recording begins at the entrance to the protected area. We determine which visible protective equipment is required there – for example, hairnet, protective clothing, or a special combination. The inspection is adapted to your equipment, activities, and exceptions.
In the hygiene zone: Are the hands being washed?
In the next zone, the application checks the visible process at the handwashing station. Sequence and duration are based on your specifications. We test which movements are recognizable on site; the actual cleanliness of the hands cannot be determined from camera images.
In the work area: Does the equipment remain worn?
After entry, it is checked whether the required equipment is still being worn. A removed hairnet, a taken-off glove, or opened protective clothing can trigger an alert. Your dashboard connects the alert with the zone progression and forwards it to the responsible team.

Safety and operation for autonomous studios.
Fall detection, indications of vandalism or possible violence, and appropriate help pathways become part of your own studio application. We connect these events with access, member management, and support in a central dashboard.
Detect possible falls and coordinate help
A conspicuous falling movement or a person remaining on the ground can trigger a check. The service centre receives location, camera, and image sequence to assess the situation and organise help. We align the process with your care concept and test it with typical training movements.
Review indications of vandalism or violence
Repeatedly hitting facilities or a possible physical altercation can appear as a suspected case. Together we define visible event patterns and check how they can be distinguished from normal training. Verification and alarm forwarding follow your security process.
Connect access, support and locations
Your dashboard connects permissions, occupancy, and open security events. We integrate member management and service centre as well as responsibilities, feedback, and escalations. This way, your company receives an application for its concrete operational processes.

Your marina manager for port operations.
We are developing an application that links entries and exits, berth occupancy, and length of stay with reservations and your port regulations. Your team will receive its own dashboard for berths, guests, and open processes.
See boats and moorings in context
The application combines arrival, occupation of a berth, and departure into a traceable stay. We check which boat characteristics or visible identifiers are suitable for assignment with your cameras and the conditions on site.
Check reservations against marina rules
We link the observations with guest and long-term berths, booking periods, and permissions. An occupied reserved berth or a stay beyond the booked period may appear for review. The rules are based on your port operation.
Connect port management and follow-up processes
Your dashboard shows available and occupied berths, arrivals, and open inspection tasks. Interfaces connect reservations, customer management, and billing if necessary. Notifications are sent with the necessary context to your port team; processing and feedback remain traceable.

From the loading order to the documented handover.
We connect vehicle arrival, loading zone, and visible goods movements with your order data. A dedicated application combines the entire loading process and brings deviations to the right place.
Combine vehicle, order, and loading zone
An announced vehicle arrives, drives to the assigned ramp, and picks up the provided goods. We link these steps with time slots, orders, and warehouse data. Visible identifiers, existing scans, and interfaces can work together in this process.
Detect deviations over time
A goods movement at the wrong ramp, an interrupted handover, or a departure before the completion of the task can trigger a check. We test which quantities or features are evaluable from images for your packaging and viewing conditions.
Connect disposition and warehouse in one interface
Your dashboard shows ongoing loading processes, missing steps, and open inquiries. Notifications go to dispatch or warehouse management; approvals and handovers are documented. We develop the connection to your WMS or ERP according to your data and processes.

Support maintenance workflows through to approval.
We connect your maintenance order with visible work steps, the condition of relevant areas, and a digital checklist. Your team receives a dedicated interface for progress, inquiries, and documented approvals.
Link work steps to the task
Which system is being serviced and what steps are planned? We connect order data and manual feedback with visible states such as an opened cover, an arranged workspace, or provided components.
Trace sequence and open points
The application combines events and confirmations into a maintenance process. Missing feedback or visible deviations appear for inspection. The logic is based on your facilities, activities, and operational guidelines.
Support the responsible person in approval
A dashboard consolidates checklists, image evidence, and open items. The responsible person evaluates the process and documents their approval. Interfaces transfer the status to your maintenance or production system; the prescribed safety checks remain part of your approval process.
Tailored to your task
How we create custom
Visual AI solutions.
We combine suitable analyses with your rules, an appropriate interface, and the necessary interfaces.
From a targeted inspection
through to a standalone application.
Suitable analysis
We first review existing analyses and models. We develop or train our own AI model if the task is not sufficiently covered by them.
Your rules
Zones, times, limits, permissions, and exceptions connect detection with your specific process.
Your interface
A clear dashboard shows exactly the information, inspection tasks, and controls that your team needs.
Your interfaces
Results are passed on to your existing systems – for example as an event, ticket, API call, or process signal.
Your own application
Analysis, rules, and interface can form a standalone software. A small specialised solution with only one camera is also possible.
From image to result

Visual AI solutions,
that suit you.
From an on-site camera to the networked application: data paths, operations, and handovers are oriented according to your task.
Where does the application run?
Processing can take place at the edge, locally within your company, in a European data centre, in a private cloud, or hybrid. Latency, data control, and your infrastructure determine the suitable operating model.
Which systems can be connected?
Depending on the interface, we connect, for example, video management, control centres, ERP, MES, WMS, ticketing, building automation, quality management, databases, or your own web application.
Which technology is used?
How do data and decisions remain controllable?
We jointly determine purpose, required data, access rights, and retention. For critical or uncertain results, a human review can be provided. We check the detection quality under actual operating conditions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Your idea does not need
a name yet.
A specific question is sufficient for the first step.
Does my use case need to be completely new?
No. Often existing components can be used. Individually, the solution is created through the appropriate combination of detection, rules, interface, and your process.
Do I need my own AI model?
Not necessarily. We first check standard analyses and existing models. Creating your own model makes sense if your features or quality requirements are not sufficiently covered by them.
Can you develop custom software from our idea?
Yes. We can develop an application with its own interface, logic, workflows, and interfaces. The scope depends on the specific task.
Can we initially implement only one use case?
Yes. A clearly defined use case is a good starting point. Together, we determine how detection quality and usefulness are measured before you expand the deployment.
Can our existing cameras be used?
Often yes. The decisive factors are camera position, perspective, resolution, light, and the features to be recognised. We check suitability with real recordings.
Can images be analysed instead of video streams?
Yes. In addition to live video, individual images, recorded videos, documents, or visual data from other systems can be used.
Can results automatically trigger actions?
Yes. Results can, for example, trigger notifications, tickets, documentation, or API calls. Depending on the risk and process, this happens either directly or after human review.
Can you also develop a small, specialised solution?
Yes. Even a single camera, a targeted analysis, and a simple interface can solve a specific task. Your solution does not yet need to have a name.
