Deployment and
Infrastructure.
Ready for production.

With deployment and infrastructure, we bring your Visual AI application into the intended operating environment.

We size computing power and data paths, set up the provisioning, and test load, updates, and recovery. You receive an environment with a traceable configuration.

Plan computing power according to the application.
Distribute software in a controlled manner across locations.
Test load and recovery before handover

Is your environment ready for operation?

Should a successful pilot be expanded to additional cameras or locations? Or has the software been developed, but the appropriate operating environment is still missing?

We consider the actual load profile, the existing infrastructure, and your responsibilities. From this, a deployment plan for local, central, or combined processing is created.

What we set up for the start.

From a single edge device to multiple locations, we coordinate the required components with your IT or infrastructure partner.

Capacity and hardware

We determine the requirements based on streams, resolution, frame rate, and models used. GPU, memory, storage, and network are provided with a reserve appropriate to the expected growth.

Runtime environment

We compile software versions, dependencies, and configurations for the chosen environment. Suitable containers and images support a reproducible installation.

Software distribution

We set up the intended path from the test environment to production. Approvals, version statuses, and rollback options are documented and checked before the rollout.

Locations and edge devices

We connect local computing nodes and define their access to cameras and central services. In doing so, we take into account limited connections and the intended on-site operation.

Monitoring and logs

We set up measurements, logs, and notifications for the relevant components. Their operators receive alerts about stream outages, resource shortages, and unreachable services.

Backup and recovery

We determine which configurations and data need to be backed up. The restoration is tested for the agreed scope and described as an operational procedure.

From planning to operational handover.

Before production use, we test the environment against an agreed load profile and the relevant failure scenarios.

Deployment and Infrastructure: Document cameras, network and compute resources
01

Coordinate load profile

You specify cameras, functions, and expected growth. Together we determine resources, availability requirements, and the target environment.

Deployment and Infrastructure: Distribute software to local computing nodes
02

Set up environment

We set up the agreed systems and document their configuration. We coordinate access and network shares with your IT department.

Deployment and Infrastructure: Connect camera, edge computer, and target system
03

Validate operations

We test processing under load, software changes and recovery. We resolve identified bottlenecks and outstanding prerequisites before release.

Deployment and Infrastructure: Document technical settings and test results
04

Hand over responsibility

Your operators receive access, instructions, and an introduction. Maintenance windows, reporting channels, and the responsibility for each component are recorded.

Your ready-to-use environment.

For a complete deployment, the handover includes the following components. We agree separately which systems we support.

Deployment package

The approved software versions, configurations, and installation paths to the agreed extent. This allows tracking of what is running on which system.

Acceptance report

Results of load and functional tests as well as the agreed recovery attempts. Open points and operational limits remain visible.

Operations handbook

Instructions for updates, backups and recovery, including contacts, maintenance windows and the established monitoring channels.

Which platform fits your task?

Resource planning is based on the selected platform and the functions used. We consider their supported operating models and hardware requirements.

Operational video analytics

Continuous AI video analytics for live camera streams

SynaEYE continuously analyses existing cameras in real time and combines detection, event logic, alerts, tracking and forensics in a European edge AI platform.

The right choice if you:
want to monitor security, safety or operational processes continuously with your cameras and process detected events immediately.

Job-based Visual AI

Visual AI for freely defined inspection tasks

SynaHUB turns a visual question into an automated AI job. A camera, API or schedule supplies the image, a VLM evaluates the situation and returns a structured result.

The right choice if you:
want to inspect conditions, references, quality or individual visual questions without developing a separate analytics module for every task.

Enterprise platform

Enterprise AI Vision for particularly broad requirements

Vaidio is an established enterprise platform with an extensive catalogue of standardised video analytics, powerful forensic search and a broad integration ecosystem.

The right choice if you:
require a comprehensive standardised enterprise environment with a wide range of analysis, multi-site operation, and established VMS integrations.

You operate the processing according to your security, latency and privacy requirements on-premises, on edge systems, hybrid, or in a private cloud environment.

Compare platforms

Questions before the project starts.

Where should your video analytics run?

Local or central processing depends on latency, bandwidth, availability, and data location requirements. We examine these requirements together with the capabilities of the platform used.

What hardware do you need?

This results from the number and quality of streams, the analysis frequency, and the models. General information per camera is often not sufficient for this. The design is checked based on a suitable load profile.

Do all locations need to be updated at the same time?

No. A staggered rollout can initially include a test group and then additional locations. Approval and return to the previous version depend on the software and the agreed update procedure.

Does a site continue to operate without a central connection?

This is possible if local components and the required functions are designed for it. We check which processing occurs autonomously and which messages are only transmitted after the connection is restored.

What does a recovery test include?

To the agreed extent, it is checked whether secured configurations and data can be reused and whether the application then starts. Requirements, sequence, and observed duration are documented.

Who looks after the environment after the start?

We determine this before the handover. Your IT or an infrastructure partner can take over parts. Monitoring, platform maintenance, and support by Synaedge can be added as a managed service.

Let us plan your production launch.

Bring the intended use case, the number of cameras, and your infrastructure specifications. We will determine the appropriate deployment scope.
