Who will carry out the installation on site?
Installation is carried out by certified partners of Synaedge, who work according to defined standards and implement the systems professionally on site. Alternatively, customers can also use an installer they trust. Synaedge ensures that all technical requirements are met and the systems are seamlessly integrated.
Who handles alarms when there is no dedicated security team?
If no internal security team is available, alarm handling is carried out by Synaedge’s certified monitoring center partners. Events are detected by the Vaidio platform and forwarded to the Evalink alarm management platform. There, alarms are processed in a structured manner and checked and verified by trained operators. This reduces false alarms while ensuring fast, controlled responses.
