Managed Services
and Operations.
Keep operations stable.

Our managed services support the ongoing operation of your Visual AI platform – from monitoring to scheduled maintenance.

We agree with you on which components we will support, when support is available, and how incidents are handled. Responsibilities and changes remain traceable.

Monitor platform and camera connections
Handle incidents through clear channels
Plan updates and capacity proactively

Who takes care of things after the launch?

Cameras fail, image sections change, or software requires an update. Your teams need a reliable contact person and a defined process for this.

We supplement your internal IT with the agreed platform support. The scope can be limited to technical monitoring or include maintenance, support, and quality reviews.

What we manage day to day.

Service hours, response targets, and access options are defined in the scope of services. Monitoring and processing are derived from this.

Platform Monitoring

We monitor the agreed services and resources. This can include availability, storage, computational load, and queues. Thresholds determine when a message is sent to operations.

Camera connections

We monitor accessible streams and the image flow to the agreed extent. Technical failures are separated from analysis problems so that the responsible party can respond in a targeted manner.

Updates and Maintenance

We review relevant software and model changes and plan their implementation. Tests, maintenance windows, and the possible return to the previous version are coordinated with your responsible teams.

Incident handling

We record reports, assign their priority, and investigate the cause. Processing, handovers to third parties, and restoration are documented in the agreed support process.

Quality reviews

Together with your department, we look at error messages and difficult situations. Changed camera angles, environmental conditions, or data can reveal a need for adjustments.

Capacity and expansions

We monitor the development of the system load and discuss planned additional cameras or features. Necessary resources and changes can thus be planned before an expansion.

How we manage your service.

Before the takeover, we clarify the system status and set up the collaboration with your internal teams.

Managed Services and Operations: Coordinate the technical architecture with those responsible
01

Define scope

Together we record components, operators, and known problems. Service hours, contacts, priorities, and required accesses are agreed upon.

Managed Services and Operations: Monitor Platform Status and Camera Connections
02

Set up monitoring

We connect the agreed systems and test message paths. Your contacts will receive an introduction to support access and status information.

Managed services and operations: Distribute software to local computing nodes
03

Commence regular operation

Incidents and maintenance tasks are handled according to the agreed procedure. Changes are made with the established approvals and are documented.

04

Check service together

At agreed intervals, we review incidents, quality and capacity. We then prioritise improvements and adjust the service scope where necessary.

Transparency across your service.

During the service, your responsible teams receive the agreed status information and records.

Status and processes

An overview of the supervised systems as well as the reported incidents and open tasks. Responsibility and processing status can be tracked.

Change and maintenance records

Documentation of the updates, approvals, and maintenance work carried out. Software versions and known limitations remain accessible to the responsible teams.

Service review with measures

A joint evaluation of the relevant incidents and key figures. Agreed improvements are recorded with priority, responsibility, and next step.

Which platform fits your task?

We coordinate the support for SynaEYE, SynaHUB, or Vaidio and the functions used. The contract specifies which platform, infrastructure, and manufacturer tasks are covered.

Operational video analytics

Continuous AI video analytics for live camera streams

SynaEYE continuously analyses existing cameras in real time and combines detection, event logic, alerts, tracking and forensics in a European edge AI platform.

The right choice if you:
want to monitor security, safety or operational processes continuously with your cameras and process detected events immediately.

Job-based Visual AI

Visual AI for freely defined inspection tasks

SynaHUB turns a visual question into an automated AI job. A camera, API or schedule supplies the image, a VLM evaluates the situation and returns a structured result.

The right choice if you:
want to inspect conditions, references, quality or individual visual questions without developing a separate analytics module for every task.

Enterprise platform

Enterprise AI Vision for particularly broad requirements

Vaidio is an established enterprise platform with an extensive catalogue of standardised video analytics, powerful forensic search and a broad integration ecosystem.

The right choice if you:
require a comprehensive standardised enterprise environment with a wide range of analysis, multi-site operation, and established VMS integrations.

Questions before the project starts.

Are your systems automatically monitored around the clock?

Round-the-clock support must be explicitly agreed upon. Monitoring times, support hours, and response targets are different components of the service scope and are defined before taking over.

Does the service replace your internal IT?

The tasks are distributed according to your organisation. Your IT can, for example, take care of the network and hardware, while Synaedge takes over the platform and application. The boundaries are documented.

Are recognition models also being tested?

If agreed, professional quality reviews complement the technical monitoring. Suitable sample data, feedback on error messages, and contacts from your department are required for this.

How do your employees report an incident?

The support channel and the authorised contacts are determined at the start. A report should describe the affected system, time, observed behaviour, and the impact on operations.

Who approves an update?

Authorised persons and maintenance windows are named in advance. Extensive changes may require additional tests or a separate commissioning. The respective procedure depends on the service contract.

Can you take over parts of the operation yourself?

Yes. Monitoring, maintenance, and support can be distributed among several responsible teams. In the event of a change in responsibility, we coordinate required access, documentation, and handover with each other.

What kind of support does your company need?

Tell us which systems are already running and where your teams need support. Together we will determine the scope of services, responsibilities, and the starting point.
