The infrastructure is located in our own data centers in Switzerland and the EU, and is therefore subject to a clearly defined European legal framework. The entire platform operation is our responsibility. This includes continuous monitoring, maintenance, updates, and the ongoing optimization of the environment. Changes, extensions, or new requirements can be implemented centrally without having to intervene in existing on-site systems. This model is suited for organizations that want to outsource operations while ensuring a controlled, sovereign environment within Europe.
On-premises
In the on-premises model, the Vaidio platform is operated locally at your site. Infrastructure, data storage, and network remain entirely under your control. Synaedge takes over operations at the system level and ensures that the platform runs stably, is regularly updated, and adapts to new requirements. Access is typically remote, so maintenance, updates, and optimizations can be carried out without on-site intervention. This model is particularly relevant where regulatory requirements, internal policies, or existing IT architectures require local deployment.
