Whether you choose Vaidio or VMS, we offer flexible deployment models—either as a cloud solution or an on-premises appliance. Our subscription plans always include managed services—from setup and updates to monitoring and support. Only with Vaidio’s perpetual‐license option or an on-premises VMS purchase do you decide whether to handle operations yourself or add our managed services as an optional upgrade.
We continuously monitor your entire video analytics and VMS environment—including camera connectivity, system availability, license status, and the health of active analytics functions. This allows us to detect technical issues early and ensure stable, reliable operation around the clock.
