The AI automatically detects a security-relevant incident and immediately triggers an alert. Your staff do not need to press a panic button or take any action. The system transmits the alarm in real time to a 24/7 staffed alarm center within our certified partner network. Trained security personnel verify the alarm within seconds. If the threat is confirmed, the alarm center immediately notifies the police.
Integration into existing video surveillance
The cloud-based AI analysis can be fully integrated into your existing video surveillance system. An existing IP camera is sufficient for use. The analysis is performed via the cloud, while your existing infrastructure continues to operate unchanged. You receive a compact gateway device from us, delivered preconfigured and ready for immediate use. The gateway simply connects to your network and automatically handles secure communication with the cloud service. Direct exposure of your camera to the internet is not required.
Control via the app
Through the associated app, you always keep an overview of the system status and receive notifications in case of an alarm. You can see when an event has been detected and verified without permanent remote monitoring taking place. Access to live images is only possible in the event of a confirmed alarm. Without a triggered alarm, access remains entirely with you.
