Matched to your task
What should your camera
detect for you?
One camera can perform several tasks. The right analytics depend on your scene, image quality and the outcome you need in daily operations.

Assess access and protected zones in context.
Combine intrusion, visible weapons, fire and smoke or abandoned-object detection with your zones and alerting routes.
For example: a person enters a protected area after operating hours. The zone and time window determine whether this creates a case for your team.

Inspect equipment and visible work steps.
Depending on the task, options include PPE detection, person-down detection, change detection, reference-state checks or conveyor-belt monitoring.
For example: the correct protective equipment is required at access. In the work zone, the system checks whether it remains visibly worn.

Detect vehicles and assess entrances.
Line crossing counts, wrong-way movement, speed and vehicle events can be combined with time windows and relevant camera areas.
For example: a vehicle approaches an entrance. Its number plate, direction of movement and time window are combined with the configured rules.

Count visits and understand how spaces are used.
Counts, dwell time, heatmaps and site comparisons support your planning. Depending on the connection, till data can enable additional insights.
For example: a virtual line counts entries and exits. Time comparisons and defined zones show when and where your space is used.

Find the relevant moment in your images.
Use filters, visual similarity or natural-language search conditions. VLM evaluations can also describe changes and image sequences over time.
For example: your team narrows an incident by camera, time period and visible attributes. Related images make the sequence traceable.

Your domain logic becomes part of the application.
Label Manager, your own datasets and optional training servers support further development. Models and rules are validated with real scenes.
For example: an assembly inspection combines visible components, their position and a specified sequence. Custom models and rules extend the analytics.

LPR stands for number plate recognition. A Vision Language Model (VLM) adds natural-language questions about images to the analytics.
All AI Video AnalyticsFrom detection to action
How an image becomes
into a relevant event.
You decide which observations matter to your operation. SynaEYE combines detections with time, location and your rules, through to review and the appropriate handover.
01Capture image
Suitable cameras provide images from your areas.
02Detect an event
Analytics inspect objects, movements and visible conditions.
03Verify context
Rules combine zone, time, duration and confirmation.
04Trigger an action
Your team or a connected system receives the relevant case.
Which conditions can be combined?
Define which objects are relevant in each zone and at which times. Minimum duration, direction of movement and repeated confirmation help align alerts with your actual task.
How does a vision language model help?
A VLM evaluates visible content in response to a question. It can complement specialised detection or describe changes. Multiple images can be evaluated for sequences over time, with the result reviewed in the relevant image context.
How does this become an alert or workflow?
Define which event may trigger an alert, a human review or a handover to another system. Image evidence, timestamps and processing status make the workflow traceable.
Platform insights
One interface.
Your complete workflow.
Explore nine views from the SynaEYE platform, from live images and events to investigation and visitor analytics. Select a view and display the interface in light or dark mode.
Relevant events at a glance.
Filter alerts by camera, time period and event. Image evidence and detection data help your team decide the next step.

See what is happening on site.
Open camera images with their associated analytics markers. This lets you assess an alert directly in the visible scene.

Keep track of trends.
Compare metrics and events across different periods. Charts and filters help you identify patterns in your camera data.

Understand visits and sales areas.
Review visitor numbers, dwell time and trends together. The available evaluations depend on the configured cameras and data sources.

Make movement and usage visible.
See which areas are used most often. Heatmaps add a spatial overview of your site to individual events.

Find relevant footage quickly.
Narrow the search by time period, camera and object attributes. The results take you to the relevant events and images.

Prepare your own image data systematically.
Mark objects in your images and assign them to categories. The image sequence and annotation overview support the preparation and review of your own datasets.

Review analytics and settings.
The report summarises the analytics used, camera settings and logged approvals. You can download the overview as a PDF for further documentation.

Monitor image sources and utilisation.
Manage cameras and their assigned analytics in one overview. Connection status and system utilisation help you monitor ongoing operation.

Your team & your systems
Dashboard, control room, workflow and connected applications.
Cameras & VMS
Suitable IP cameras can be connected via RTSP or ONVIF. We assess the specific connection and image quality using your existing infrastructure. A compatible video management system can be included in the workflow.
Sites & operations
SynaEYE can run on site, on your own servers or in a coordinated hybrid architecture. For multiple sites, local analytics can be combined with central management.
Models & interfaces
Custom classes, models and workflows extend the standard analytics. REST APIs connect events with control rooms, access control, building systems or your business applications.
Data & permissions
Processing location, user permissions and retention are defined for the deployment. A local installation supports control over your video data; permitted use must be clarified for the specific purpose.
We assess cameras, data paths and interfaces in your actual environment.

Good to know before you start.
What is SynaEYE?
SynaEYE is Synaedge’s platform for continuous AI video analytics. It connects existing cameras with analytics, event rules, alerting and video search. Organisations gain one interface for detecting and reviewing relevant events and passing them to teams or connected systems.
Can I continue using my existing cameras?
Suitable IP cameras can be connected via RTSP or ONVIF. Whether your cameras are suitable for the required analytics depends on factors including angle of view, resolution, lighting and frame rate.
Do my video images need to be sent to an external cloud?
An external cloud is not required. SynaEYE can process video streams, analytics, events and search data within your controlled infrastructure. We define the right operating model together.
Which AI video analytics are available?
The range extends from object, person and vehicle analytics to security and operational tasks, retail insights, forensics and VLM-assisted image analysis. We select the modules according to your task and the available camera images.
Can custom models and rules be added?
Yes. SynaEYE can incorporate custom object classes, models and rules. Your own datasets and optional training servers support development; new capabilities are tested with real scenes.
How does SynaEYE differ from SynaHUB?
SynaEYE is designed for continuous camera streams and operational events. SynaHUB organises freely definable visual inspection tasks and jobs. The key distinction is whether you need a continuous camera workflow or individual inspection jobs.
Does every detection trigger an alert immediately?
No. You define which conditions must be met and which next step is permitted. Time, zone, duration and additional confirmations can be included. Your team can review relevant cases before any further action.
How do we get started with SynaEYE?
We clarify your task, assess representative camera images and define a manageable pilot scope. We then evaluate the results together and plan the connection, operation and possible additional sites.
