Synaedge role:

Advanced certified partner. Operation on Swiss server infrastructure, independent of US hyperscalers. Integration, operation, and support fully handled in-house.

Aicuda Technology

Dutch company, technology and licensing provider of the Vaidio AI video analytics platform for the EMEA region. Forms the technological foundation for all Synaedge deployments. Close development partnership for new AI modules.

Certified EMEA cloud partner of Aicuda – responsible for cloud hosting, integration, operation, and customer support of the Vaidio platform in Switzerland and EMEA.

Geutebrück

Over 50 years of experience in video security. Fully in-house hardware and software development in Germany – highest data protection and quality standards. Geutebrück is Synaedge’s preferred strategic partner for government projects, police, and security-critical deployments in the German-speaking region.

Close project collaboration enables fully coordinated solutions: Geutebrück provides camera hardware and VMS infrastructure, while Synaedge integrates Vaidio as the AI analytics layer. Together, we meet all data protection and regulatory requirements for public sector clients.

Security cameras for indoor and outdoor use

Geutebrück offers a wide range of surveillance cameras for both outdoor and indoor applications. All Geutebrück cameras are optimally aligned for seamless interaction between software and hardware.

G-Core – Video Management System (VMS)

G-Core is the central platform for processing and managing all camera data. All video streams are consolidated here, stored, and made available for users or systems.

G-SIM – control center and alarm management (PSIM)

G-SIM extends the system with a higher-level management and control layer. Video, alarms, and additional systems are integrated here.

Hanwha Vision

One of the world’s leading camera manufacturers with a broad portfolio of network cameras, PTZ systems, and specialized optics for demanding security requirements. Strong performance in challenging lighting conditions and for high-resolution surveillance.

Recommendation:

Hanwha is one of the camera manufacturers recommended by Synaedge: GDPR-compliant, with no known backdoor risks. Procurement and project coordination are handled via the strategic Geutebrück partnership.

Geutebrück G-Core / G-SIM

evalink

Evalink is a cloud-based alarm management and workflow platform specifically developed for security control centers, enterprises, and critical infrastructures. It serves as a central hub to process, evaluate, and automatically respond to alarms from various systems in a structured way.

Integration:

The evalink integration is implemented in collaboration with ES Sicherheit, our Swiss security partner.

EAL

Procurement:

We source HPE hardware for our projects via TD SYNNEX – servers, storage, and computing infrastructure for on-premise and edge deployments of the Vaidio platform.
