Data protection starts with the choice of infrastructure.

If you operate Vaidio on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google, you can technically use the video analysis – but you lose security, transparency, and control over central parts of the AI. The risk increases significantly: black box behavior, unclear data processing, and possible data leakage can hardly be ruled out – even if Vaidio itself is a transparent system. Because with hyperscalers, the underlying infrastructure is subject to foreign standards, is often not fully auditable, and legally vulnerable in case of doubt – for example, through the US CLOUD Act, even when hosting in Europe. Synaedge consciously takes a different path: We operate our cloud solution ourselves – on our own infrastructure in Europe. Your data remains under your control – we have no access to your records or evaluations.

Full data sovereignty

Your video and metadata remain entirely in your hands – they are neither shared with third parties nor processed on US-based cloud platforms. You always retain control over where your data is stored, how long it is retained, and who has access to it.

Legal certainty without gray areas

Our entire infrastructure is designed for data protection compliance according to GDPR and CH-DSG. Unlike US cloud providers, we are not subject to international laws such as the US CLOUD Act, which can require the release of data even without your knowledge.
